Before you book
Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key, a code, or a lockbox and come home to a finished house. If you'd rather be there the first time, that's normal too.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — everything, including eco-friendly products that are fine around kids and pets. If you have products you prefer for certain surfaces, leave them out and we'll use those instead.
How is pricing set?
A flat rate based on the size of the space and what the job actually involves. You approve the number before anyone shows up, and it doesn't change unless the scope does.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give us 24 hours and we'll move it, no fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged, since the crew has already blocked the time.
What about pets?
Very welcome. Tell us their names and their quirks in the notes — who hides, who bolts for an open door, who wants to help.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it. That's the whole policy.
